Digital Guest Satisfaction System. Our state-of-the art online feedback system, TellMary, provides insights into Guest satisfac- tion and store performance on key attributes, outlining strengths and areas needing improvement, as well as demographic details about those participating. An incentive is used to encourage Guests to complete a short online survey.
Point-of-Sale Systems. This comprehensive system integrates inventory and labour scheduling, generating instant pro t and loss reports as well as enabling future digital mobile and loyalty programs.
