AUTOMATIC OPERATIONS
The Titan mixer includes some of the most advanced mixing technology
on the market. Having trouble finding qualified operators? The Titan
mixer can now be automatically set up with the BatchPro Connect
interface. Sand, Stone, Cement, Water and Admixture content is now
all being controlled by communication to the BatchPro 3.0 panel. Your
water content is adjusted on the fly, based on the moisture content of
your aggregates.
BatchPro Connect is a three-tiered
software solution that includes a
customer order portal, a dispatch
platform and an operator’s mobile
application. Have dispatch assign a
mix design to a truck based on the
customers request, and the operator
now only has to tap “Start” on their
phone to be ready to pour. No manual
gate adjustments or water content
changes required.
