"Trump Lover" Fears Assassination, Files Complaint inBillingsToPrevent TrumpPresidency

BILLINGS - A federal judge in U.S. District Court in Billings on Wednesday dis- missed a complaint filed by a former federal inmate seeking to pre- vent Donald Trump from becoming president for his own safety.
The complaint, filed by Jonathan Riches on March 28, was dis- missed by Judge Susan Watters.
According to the com- plaint, Riches argued that a restraining order should be filed against Trump to prevent him from becoming the next president of the United States and to request that he announce he is dropping out of the race immediately.
But Riches is not anti- Trump, he wrote in his complaint.
The legal action was for the protection of Trump, a man Riches said he loves and adores.
“I love Donald Trump like a brother/father,” Riches wrote in the lawsuit.
Riches said he is afraid that, should Trump become president, he would be at great risk for assassination.
“Violent protests are erupting at his rallies,” said Riches in the com- plaint. “Trump has no security and someone or a terrorist group is going to hurt him, which will destroy our country.”
Riches, who served time in federal prison for wire fraud, is notorious for the thousands of lawsuits he has filed across the
country.
Riches, who sued the Guinness Book of World Records for calling him the Most Litigious Individual in History, though the publisher claims to have never done so, has filed more than 2,600 lawsuits, including a complaint against the Book of World Records.
In U.S. District Court in Billings, Riches has filed eight cases since 2011, though it's unclear if he is now or has ever been
a Billings or Montana resident.
Those cases include lawsuits against Valentines Day, Daylight Saving Time, and Cam Newton. All of those cases have been dismissed.
In the latest case filed in Billings, Riches wrote that he is afraid Trump might suffer the same fate as JFK should he become president.
Watters wrote in her dismissal of the case that “(Riches’) claims are absurd and do not plausibly raise a con- cern of imminent dan- ger of serious physical
injury.”
According to Riches, the “less fiery candidate,” John McCain, should assume the leadership role.
Riches, who signed his name with a Pennsylvania address, warned of anarchy and the demise of the U.S. should Trump be killed.
Next to his signature, Riches wrote in block letters “I (heart symbol) Trump 4 Ever.”
