Arkansas Woman Gets 15
years For Posing As Sheriff,
Releasing Boyfriend FromJail
She succeeded— initially. The pair were arrested about a month later in Fayetteville.
Feldstein pre- sented false paperwork to the Washington County Detention Center in July 2018, which fooled the jailers into releasing her boyfriend, Nicholas Lowe.
Lowe pleaded guilty in February for escaping jail but received no jail time due to time already served, with five years of parole.
Ventura, California in order to trick jail offi- cials into releas- ing Lowe to Feldstein, accord- ing to court docu- ments.
Lowe said Feldstein should tell Washington County that Ventura County was “having issues with over- crowding and all low-priority extra- ditions have been suspended,”
according to the affidavit.
Feldstein, who had only just bonded out of jail earlier that day, called the Washing County Jail and identified herself as deputy “L. Kershaw” with the Ventura County Sheriff's Office.
She also provid- ed a forged docu- ment releasing the agency’s hold on Lowe.
Jail staff learned of the forgery and accidental release two days later, when a real
Ventura County sheriff deputy called to say he was on his way to pick up Lowe.
The sheriff’s office reportedly discovered the plan through jail video where Lowe told Feldstein of the plan while she visited him.
Washington County later fig- ured out the doc- ument Feldstein used was fake, and that VCSO didn’t have a deputy named “L. Kershaw,” according to the affidavit.
Bike Handle Stuck in Woman
For Two Years After Husband
Shoved It In Vagina
By Georgia Diebelius
A woman in India is recovering from surgery after doctors shocking- ly removed a motorbike handle from her uterus.
The woman, 30, was admitted to MY Hospital, in Indore, Madya Pradesh, in cen- tral India, two days ago with severe stomach pains. Doctors did an X-Ray before spotting a large object.
A CT scan con- firmed a motor- bike handle in her uterus, small intestine and bladder.
Doctors took the mother-of-six straight into sur- gery on Tuesday morning.
A team of 19 doc- tors conducted the four-hour long surgery and were forced to remove the woman’s uterus.
Associate
Professor, Dr Sonia Moses, from M. Y. Hospital, said: ‘She told us that the handle had been inserted inside her vagina by her husband when he was intoxicated with alcohol.
‘He had warned her not to tell anyone or he would hurt her.
‘The object had been inside her for almost two years and it had become severely infected with her organs perforated and eroded. And she was left in excruciating pain.
‘Her uterus had been completely eroded which is why we had to remove it but we managed to repair her bladder using a stent through her uri- nary pipe.
‘She will not be able to have any more children.’
The patient is in recovery in ICU and is conscious, but the next 72 hours will be criti- cal.
The woman has reported her hus- band to the police and he is now in custody.
