The judges praised Charles Luan for the thoroughness of his approach and for being both engaging and influential during the design phase of building projects and said clients benefitted from our winner’s “entrepreneurial and visionary approach to dealing with supply issues.”
Charles himself regards the accolade as “a massive achievement for my team and for myself, and it represents a lot of hard work over a long time,” adding a special acknowledgement to his long-standing trade support colleagues.
Although Charles says there could be a management course on the horizon to enable him to “take the next step forward,” such is his commitment to his customers, he says: “it would be hard to leave the clients with whom I’ve been working for so long and enjoy great relationships.”
