Despite winning for the second year in a row, delighted Director Murray Smith (seen here with Papanui GM Josh Tasker) reports that his Mitre 10 MEGA Papanui team still got a “huge buzz” from the recognition.
“It really is great to be recognised by your industry peers for doing all those things that we strive to do just a little bit better than we did the day before.”
Looking ahead, Murray senses that this year has an unsettled feeling about it: “So it’s important that we’re in good shape and that we continue to really look after the team so we can continue to give a great customer experience.”
“We remain great supporters of the Hardware Awards [and] I’d encourage others to find the courage to put themselves forward and I really admire all who do.”
