The search
is on for the top women in trades
OPEN TO TRADESWOMEN at any stage of their career, applications for the Mitre 10 Trade Keynote Award close on 26 June.
The winner will be presented at the fourth annual Women in Trades event in Auckland on 22 August and will receive public presentation and personal story
crafting skills in Auckland.
The award recipient will work with
professional public speaking coach Diana Thomson of Speechmarks prior to the 2019 event to craft a presentation about their experience as a woman in trades and will give the Keynote Address on the evening.
The inaugural Keynote Award recipient, sponsored by Mitre 10 Trade, was Pip Buunk of Fulton Hogan, New Zealand’s only registered female driller.
Applications close Wednesday 26th June 2019.
