Two new contractor mowers from Honda
Honda is known for its tough contractor lawnmowers and two
brand new contractor models continue this trend.
The HRU196M2 features a 19-inch cutting deck and is powered by
Honda’s contractor specialist engine, the GXV160. This is a 5.5 horsepower, 160cc engine with a long lasting, more durable cast iron bore that Honda says will start first time – every time.
HRU196 has both mulch and catch modes and comes with a 56 litre polymer catcher. With a simple one
lever operation, you can cut to 11 different heights
and there is a handy wash port that makes cleaning
up super easy.
Honda’s patented Mow-Safe Technology comes in the
form of an engine brake, ensuring your safety and those around you as well.
The second new contractor model is the HRU216M3. Also powered by the commercial level GXV160, 160cc, 5.5hp engine this self-propelled lawnmower features four swing back blades mounted on a cutting
disc for a premium finish.
