Marketing Manager Troy Smith says the team at Winstone Wallboards feels very humble to have won this Award for a remarkable 16th consecutive year.
“It is wonderful to be recognised by our merchant customers as being number one. This is a huge sign of appreciation from our customers for what every individual across the business does every day to make things as easy as possible for them. We believe this is the best recognition we can get, and it’s an accolade we are extremely proud of.”
Not one to rest on its many laurels, Winstone Wallboards is continually looking for ways to improve its customer offer, Troy explains, with recent examples including the regional piloting of an improved pallet pick-up process and an enhanced GIB Weatherline System offer.
Winstone Wallboards’ David Thomas received the Award on the night.
