ANNA COOK HAS BEEN named Acting GM of Building Systems Performance (BSP) following Anna Butler joining the Ministry of Culture & Heritage and recruitment for her fulll-time replacement still underway. Anna Cook has been New Zealand Customs Service’s Policy Director for the last four years, prior to which she has worked across a number of Government agencies, mainly in the labour market and skills area. Chris Bunny, Deputy Chief Executive, Building, Resource & Markets at MBIE, says: says the incoming BSL GM is “looking forward to spending time with BSP and BRM learning more about what we do. Anna is very well known and respected in the Public Service and she will provide excellent support for BSP and BRM.”

General Manager, focusing on Sales and Operations. Prior to Fox & Gunn, Mike was managing the Kärcher NZ business and comes with extensive industry experience. With recent brand additions like ShopVac, Champion and Sqwincher, he says: “I’m excited to be part of this dynamic & market leading company & look forward to helping create a strategic pathway for continued growth of this family-owned NZ business.”
Hamish McDonald joined ITM in January as General Manager Supply Chain. Charged with leading group product and services procurement, planning and analytics and supply chain, he comes to the co-op armed with an extensive background
in supply chain, operations and
merchandise, previous roles having
included retail operations at The
Warehouse and Big W, International
procurement and Operations at Mitre 10 NZ and Group Merchandise at Foodstuffs Wellington. The ITM GM Supply Chain role is based on “a change and optimisation brief”, says Hamish. “The board and CEO are developing a solid platform for change and growth to continue to build our ITM brand equity, and I’m excited to play my part in this evolution. My approach to achieving this is based on getting the balance, partnering and value correct with all stakeholders where possible and making decisions based on first principals and data driven insights to ultimately add value to the group and ITM brand as a whole.”
