“Watch out!” Carlos’s friend shouted as they were getting shot.
Carlos was running for his life, away from the police as he’s caught right in the middle of this cartel war with the cops.
Things weren’t always this difficult for Carlos. He was at the top of the food chain. He built himself quite a reputation and didn’t like taking no for an answer. If there was a problem, he’d be the one fixing it.
Carlos and his crew were billionaires, all because of the coke business going on for them. Obviously, they had to make some investment to have a source of clean money coming in. Which was also work- ing quite well. He felt like no one could stop him.
His goal was to make so much money that his grandchildren wouldn’t have to struggle. He also didn’t want to get caught. As he grew bigger, the DEA started to notice. They started investigating Carlos and his crew. Eventually, the DEA started to believe something was off and eventually found out that Carlos and his crew were selling coke.
But just believing wasn’t enough, they needed proof. They wanted an inside man on the job, a CI maybe. Thus, they started having lookouts in front of Carlos’s crew’ houses. Watching their every move.
Carlos and his crew started to catch on to this and were taking extra precaution. But eventually, someone snitched. One of Carlos’s crew members snitched on Carlos. But it wasn’t enough for the cops. They needed evidence and so, made the CI wear a wire and camera so that the cops could hear and see what was happening.
Eventually after a couple months of surveillance, the cops finally found a warehouse filled with coke. It wasn’t a loss to Carlos but it was a huge gain to the police. Slowly but surely, the police were
