telah disahkan oleh Menteri Hukum dan HAM Business Support Review Tinjauan Pendukung Bisnis
tanggal 5 Mei 2006 Nomor C-13005 HT.01.01.
TH.2006. Anggaran Dasar telah mengalami
beberapa kali perubahan dan perubahan
terakhir berdasarkan akta notaris No. 8
Tanggal 10 Mei 2010 dibuat dihadapan Nelson
Edy Tampubolon, SH notaris di Jakarta.
Akta notaris tersebut telah telah disahkan
melalui Surat Keputusan Menteri Hukum dan
Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia No. Management Discussion & Analysis Analisa & Pembahasan Manajemen
AHU-AH.01.10-16637 Tahun 2010 tanggal
5 Juli 2010. bergerak dibidang penyediaan
tenaga listrik dan mulai beroperasi pada 25
PT TJK Power Oktober 2012.
PT TJK Power was established on April 12, 2005
through a deed of Notary Yondri Darto, SH No.
154 dated April 12, 2005 which was approved
by the Ministry of Justice and Human Right dated Tata Kelola Perusahaan
May 5, 2006 No. C-13005 HT.01.01.TH.2006. Good Corporate Governance
The Articles of Association had been amended
several times with the latest amendment
through Notarial Deed No. 8 dated May 10,
2010 drafted before Nelson Edy Tampubolon,
SH Notary in Jakarta. The Notarial Deed has
been ratified through the Minister of Justice
and Human Rights Republic of Indonesia Letter
No. AHUAH. 01.10-16637 of 2010 dated July
5, 2010 engaging in providing of power and Risk Management Manajemen Risiko
commenced operation on October 25, 2012
