Submission of price offers for supply of electricity to:
1. For PT Citra Buana (Pulau Nirup) a price offer
proposal has been submitted on May 29, 2019.
2. For PT Karimun Indo Jaya Cakrawala a price offer
proposal has been submitted on April 10, 2019.

II. Conducting cooperation INITIATION in order to find Report to Shareholder and Stakeholder
new business opportunities to add Additional Revenue

1. Fabrication Cooperation Plan with Cooperation
Partners:
a. On April 10, 2019, a meeting was held with
PT Arindo Pratama, regarding the Follow-up
Coordination Meeting for Discussion of the
Right Manufacture Study and Presentation of
Electric Motor & Lithium Batteries and Solar
Cell / PV products.
b. Preparing Two Ways Smart Meter Product
Studies (KKO, KKF and KKR)
2. PLTS / Solar Panel / PV Development Plan. Company Profile Profil Perusahaan
Conducting market sounding to several companies,
including:
a. PT Akuo Energy has submitted the FS
(Feasibily Study) along with the estimated
selling price of the equipment and IPP scheme
along with the selling price per kWh offered Business Support Review Tinjauan Pendukung Bisnis
to PLN Batam on 14 May 2019.
b. On 11 Sept 2019, PT Medco Energi presented
its Solar Panel / PV product to PLN Batam.
3. Energy Storage System (ESS) Cooperation
Plan. Conducting market sounding to several
companies, including:
a. On 19 June 2019 PT Octagon offered and
explained Portable Battery technology Analisa & Pembahasan Manajemen
products for Industrial customers to PLN Management Discussion & Analysis
Batam.
b. On 26 Sept 2019, PT Dharma Pratama Sejati
has presented the Utilization of Electricity
with an Energy Saving System (ESS) to PLN
Batam.
4. Cooperation Plan for DRUPS and GMS Services,
with several manufacturers. Conducting market
sounding to several companies, including: Tata Kelola Perusahaan
a. On July 2, 2019, PT Pilar Bahtera Energy Good Corporate Governance
presented a product with Dynamic GMS and
DRUPS technology.
b. On 17 Oct 2019, PT Harada Indonesia
presented products with GMS and DRUPS
technology to PLN Batam.
c. On 26 Sept 2019, PT Dayatama Ciptamandiri
has presented its DRUPS product to PLN Risk Management Manajemen Risiko
Batam.
d. d) On 20 Sept 2019, PT Arianto Darmawan
has presented its DRUPS product to PLN
Batam.
5. Cooperation Plans with PT GTI (Gesits
Technologies Indo) related to Electric Motor
products
a. On July 9, 2019, PT GTI has explained the Corporate Social Responsibility
Electric Motor product to PLN Batam. Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan
