Page 18 - Whoos A. Fraid
P. 18
Throughout the story, Fraid tried to get others to agree with his Stinky Thinking. He talked about how Smartest was not being fair when Smartest asked them to stay out all night. Fraid wanted the others to see his point of view and agree with him.
Remember when Fraid said, “This hunting and catching and eating mice seems like a lot of foolishness to me. None of us have ever had to do anything like this and we have done just fine. You will just have to find other types of food for us.”
Why was it important to Fraid that others agree with his Stinky Thinking? If they did, then he would not have to change his beliefs.
Some of you work very hard at finding others who agree with your Stinky Thinking. Unfortunately for Fraid, he finally found someone who would agree with him ... the fox. And just as in Fraid’s case, often those who agree with you do not have your best interest at heart.
