Thank you for joining or renewing your membership with the Shenandoah Estates Homeowners Association. Your support is much appreciated and contributes to the continued services required to support such a large community. We have Just under 2,200 homes in Shenandoah Estates which make us the largest subdivision in Louisiana, and among the largest in the United States.
Please take a few minutes to read the enclosed brochure which explains many of the services provided by the SHA Board of Directors. The Board is staffed with dedicated Shenandoah Estate residents who volunteer their time and resources to provide you with the services needed to maintain a safe, pleasant place to live and raise your family.
The Shenandoah Homeowners Association monthly board meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month. The meetings are held at the Jones Creek Regional Library beginning at 7:00 pm. All meetings are open to the public, and we hope to see you there.
