Present: Henry Grace, President; Don Regner, Vice President; Eileen Stradley, Secretary; Tom Hirschey, Board Member; J C Collins, Board Member; Ken Buturla, Board Member; Kevin McNicoll, Board Member; Ray Domingue, Board Member; and Sandy Smith, Board Member
Absent: Mike Giroir, and Sandra Lambert. Quorum present.
President - Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Henry Grace. Pledged allegiance to the Flag. Henry introduced State Representative Rick Edmonds.
Rep. Edmonds gave us an update on the most recent legislative session. He stated that there have been 11 sessions over the past 4 years, with most of them focused on the budget. He has voted NO on the tax increases, although they passed. The current budget has held the line on expenses. He noted that some really good infrastructure projects were funded. Those include a collaboration with the City Parish on moving forward with the
