Present: Henry Grace, President; Don Regner, Vice President; Eileen Stradley, Secretary; Mike Giroir, Treasurer: Tom Hirschey, Board Member; J C Collins, Board Member; Ken Buturla, Board Member; Kevin McNicoll, Board Member; Sandra Lambert, Board Member; and Sandy Smith, Board Member
Absent: Ray Domingue. Quorum present.
President - Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Henry Grace. Pledged
Secretary’s Report – Motion made and passed to accept the minutes of the last monthly business meeting as published in the Newswatch.
Treasurer’s Report – Mike reported that receipts in August were $398.87 and the only expenses were for the Newswatch and Lawn Care totaling $1,186.46. YTD receipts total $24,215.29, and YTD expenses total $18,832.36. The Entrance Sign account has been established for the purpose of paying the expenses of building the new sign. A suggestion was made to add a line item to the Treasurer’s report to reflect the ongoing balance in the Entrance Sign account.
Membership Report –Mike reported that 11 new members paid in August and 2 others have paid so far in September. We have a total of 793 paid members YTD. It was noted that we haven’t had 11 new members as late as August in several years. Mike will convene a Membership Committee again
