Sub-Division Entry Sign Report – Quotes to demolish the current signs on the Jones Creek Road property are on going. An insurance settlement for the damage caused by an automobile accident are still being negotiated but are close to an agreement. Designs for the new sign are being collected as well as costs for the project.
Website Report – Ed Craig reported that the activity on the websites has dramatically increased since the site was upgraded to accommodate Smartphones, Tablets, and iPads. The average daily users have gone from an average of 60 users to 96 users per day.
Old Business – Amerian Flag Project – Henry reported the 2,300 flags have arrived and arrangements are being made to place them in the front yards of every home in Shenandoah Estates. Several people have contacted Henry with offers to help set the flags. The American Flag project is a tremendous project and all the help possible is much appreciated. The flags will be appearing in yards on May 1st and remain through July 4th.
Next meeting of the Shenandoah Homeowners Association Ltd. will be on May 8, 2018, at the Antioch BREC Park.
