President - Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Henry Grace.
Pledged allegiance to the Flag. Henry introduced guests:
Det. Jordan Webb of the EBRSO Narcotics Division discussed the Neighborhood Initiative program they are starting, beginning with Shenandoah, to encourage residents to learn what behavior is out of the norm and to report anything suspicious, because no neighborhood is immune to crime, and they want to get ahead of some of these issues before they get too bad. They will give us someone to call directly to report suspicious behavior. Det. Webb will be the point of contact. Det. Webb will have a presentation at the next SECPID meeting to introduce the initiative and to let people know what to look out for in terms of out-of-the-norm activity to report. Will send info in an email blast to remind residents as meeting date gets nearer. —Continued on page 6
