The result of this Stinky Thinking and Not OK emotions is that he is too afraid to swing the bat (and possibly make a mistake), which is Thumbs Down behavior and thus he strikes out on “called strikes”.
Now I have been around for a long time and have watched you humans a lot. So I know that a lot of people quit something, like baseball or learning to play a musical instrument or even school because of thinking like Sad Boy.
