Gary Raymond Craig was born on October 11, 1946. According to our records California was Craig’s home or enlistment state. Furthermore, we have Los Angeles listed as the city and Los Angeles County in the archival record.
ORIGINS and HISTORY
Enlisted in the Army. Entered via Regular Military. Served during the Vietnam War. Start of tour or enlistment date was April 22, 1967. Craig had the rank of Specialist Four. Occupation or specialty was Personnel Specialist. Service number was 18841699. Served with 1st Aviation Brigade, 11th Aviation Battalion, 12th Aviation Group, 213th Aslt Heli Company.
Craig experienced a traumatic event which resulted in loss of life on May 6, 1968. This occurred in or around South Vietnam, Binh Duong province. Recorded circumstancesattributedto:“Diedthroughnon-hostileaction,accident”.
