shows like “Wagon Train” and “Rawhide” on television. I met most of the stars of those two shows. When my record was featured on “American Bandstand,” I was just speechless. I didn’t realize at the time we were in the process of making history. We were around history makers and Hollywood was a place people talked about, but to me, it was intimidating and it was a dream to be accepted there. We were and it was quite a ride.
This book will take you on a journey from my humble beginnings to the present day and believe me, sometimes along the way I felt maybe it would have been better if I’d just had a “regular job.” It’s hard to believe I started feeling comfortable around famous people.
