Cosmos Explains The Trying Medal
I. M. Crow is a lot like most of us. He really did not want to do difficult or scary things in life. But as most of you know, sometimes you have to do those things or you will not learn how to be successful in school, in making friends or even in playing a game.
The parents of the young crow tried just about everything they could to get I. M. to do the things they knew were important but he just refused.
I bet you have behaved just like I.M. Crow. You know you should clean your room but you keep putting it off and tell yourself that you will do it tomorrow. You may decide to watch a T.V. rather than study and tell yourself that it will be okay and “I’ll learn it later.”
But I. M. was lucky because he had parents who understood that what I. M. need to learn to do was to be willing to TRY.
You will never be any good and anything if you don’t first TRY. You will never enjoy reading a book, playing a game or making friends if you don’t first TRY.
