Section: Information & Office Security General Computer Usage Policy
 All e-mail on the Core, LLC information systems, including personal e-mail, is the property of Core, LLC. As such, all e-mail can and may be periodically monitored.
 Outgoing and incoming e-mail of an offensive, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate nature is prohibited. Violations of this may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
Desktop Services
Core, LLC discourages/prohibits the downloading of software from the Internet because of significant risk of infecting the Company systems with a virus and the unreliability of such downloaded software. All Core, LLC’s information systems will be subject to periodic inventory and inspection for compliance.
