Bees are always polite by making sure that they are aware where others are walking so that they don’t bump them.
Bees go to a lot of trouble to be Civil to each other. It is more trouble to be Civil than to be rude and Uncivil.
But bees learned long before there were humans, that to be able to live together happily, the little extra effort necessary to be Civil to each other is well worth it.
