I spent a lot of time studying the turtles in our forest so I could tell them apart. I don’t mean just their appearance but also their truthfulness.
I would listen to their conversations with others and watch their behavior when alone or with others. With all this watching and listening, I learned very quickly, which were the “very truthful” all the way to the “almost never truthful” turtles.
But being curious means that you also want to know the “when” and “why” of their level of truthfulness. This took some time and work just as most things that
are worthwhile.
When I finish this story, I hope you will agree that it was time well spent. Maybe you will recognize yourself or some of your friends as we investigate “Turtle Truthfulness” in my small forest.
