President - Meeting called to order at 7:07 p.m. by Henry Grace. Pledged allegiance to the Flag. Henry introduced guest:
Darryl Gissel, Chief Administrative Officer of the Office of the Mayor-President, spoke on the issue of the AT&T 5-G small cell towers that are going up around town, including in Shenandoah Estates. He noted that, according to an FCC ruling, utility providers have the right to put up the towers. They send applications for permits to the city, and inspectors are sent out
