Then one day, a lone crow landed in his branches. This was because the little tree was now tall enough (though still very small) to be seen from the sky. The crow said that he was glad that the tree was here because this was the only tree on the mountain and it was nice to stop and rest in a safe tree.
Our little tree did not think much about this accidental meeting with the crow. But the following year, the crow came back and this time with a couple of friends.
These crows were very excited about having a place to rest when going over the mountain. They also talked with each other about the delicious fruits from little tree.
As some of you know, the fewer fruits a tree makes,
the better they taste.
