PLAN OF ACTION:
All Equipment will be ordered from www. newegg.com and shipped to The Jena Times.
I will plan to be at Jena prior to noon on the first day. Once I arrive, I will begin to backup the server to the G-Technology 20TB hard drive.
My first objective will be converting the four MacPro computer systems over to the new MacPro computers. I plan to have a clean, external hard drive with the most current OS and the primary software installed. (Adobe, Microsoft and necessary utilities.)
I will Carbon Copy Clone the “Setup Hard Drive” over to each of the new MacPro computers. Once this is completed, I wlll place the old computer’s hard drive into an external case and copy their “User Specific” files onto the new Computer.
Each computer workstation will need to be dealt with before moving on to additional workstations. This effort will take me into the evening of the first day. I will spend the night.
The second day will be a repeat of the first. Great care will be applied to make sure no workstation is deminished because of the upgrading.
I will be in Jena until the job is done. I estimate three days and two nights. If longer is needed, we make it happen.

My Fee is a flat fee of $2,500.00 —Plus expenses (Based on $500 per day)
