Kirk graduated from Mississipi State University with a degree in Business Information Services. He received is Masters in Business Information Services from University of South Florida. He also holds several special computer technology certifications. He is a computer programmer.
He has been married to his wife Alexis, a medical equipment sales representative, for 10 years. They live in Bahaia Beach, Florida and they do not have any children.
