P. 11

By now I think you are getting the picture. Injustices
are our interpretation of the words and actions of others, which we see as being ugly or harmful to us. Sometimes we are totally incorrect in our interpretation and a misunderstanding occurs. Other times we may be correct in our understanding but we make much more out of it than is necessary. We then get very angry,
sad or embarrassed.
It may sound that all the squirrels are just wacky about carrying around their injustices and are not really paying attention to see if what is making them upset makes any sense. That is true about a lot of them but not all.
Some have learned how to not let themselves get real angry or scared or sad until they understand what has really happened in a situation. If after really evaluating the situation, they decide it is not something worth getting or staying upset about, they burst the
injustice sphere.
That’s right; they just quit thinking about it and stop reliving it and POP! it is gone. Now that seems to make a lot of sense but I can tell you, it is not easy. Those who can do it don’t let themselves get upset about little things or silly things and they sure seem a lot happier.
