Page 16 - Injustice Collector

Injustice collecting is very typical of the characters in our story and for many of you reading it. In our story, it is easy to see how foolish these squirrels are with their crystal injustice spheres. But you have the same “spheres” in your memory and they can cause you just as much discomfort as they did for Joe Willie.
I was trying to be helpful, not mean, when I suggested that Joe wear shoes to the dance. But Joe was in the habit of injustice collecting and was easily upset. Like many of the others in the story, he collected many spheres for many different reasons. He did not want to give any of them up, even if he was mistaken or even if they did not make any sense.
I am sure that you recognize that this injustice collecting is caused by Stinky Thinking. You are an injustice collector if you find yourself recalling past events and causing yourself to get upset about a current event that is “no big deal.”
