P. 28
4. Now ask yourself, “ Are my feelings and behavior appropriate or am I letting my injustice collecting control me"?
(Be honest!)
5. If you recognize that your emotions and behaviors are the result of your injustice collecting, tell yourself to not think about the incident and every time you to start to think about it tell yourself to STOP!
6. Every time you have that old injustice sphere start to come up (you start having negative emotions associated with this person or situation) pinch yourself and tell yourself to stop and force yourself to not think about it or to think about something else
(a positive thought).
Draw an “injustice sphere” and write an injustice that you have collected. Now, go through steps 1-6 and keep doing steps 5 and 6 until the intense negative emotions have faded and you no longer have to do steps 5 and 6 to not think about it. By making yourself aware of your thinking, which is part of your “injustice collecting,” you will learn to “burst” or “fade” your “spheres.”
