West Tisbury


                       Luxury single family home sales (>$900K) in West Tisbury
                fall 16.7%, after climbing 26.3% in 2018, and  leaping 35.7% in the
                prior year.  The largest single sale, the Graham estate with 185 acres,
                sold for $32.5M at the beginning of the year. Despite the fall off in sales
                last year, median price rose 15.7%. Days on market rose by roughly 3-
                months to 262 days. There were 4 sales above $3M, versus none the prior
                year.

                       The town’s luxury home sales this past year were divided evenly
                across Lambert’s Cove, South Shore, and Central areas.

                       West Tisbury’s North Shore encompasses the exclusive Upper
                and Lower Makonikey, Lambert’s Cove, Paul’s Point and Seven Gates
                Farm areas. The South Shore includes the beaches and kayaker’s paradise
                running from Homer’s Pond, to Long Pond, and Tisbury Great Pond
                which includes Tiah’s Cove and Deep Bottom Cove.

                       West Tisbury’s cultural activities and coastlines -- including the
                scenic hiking trails of Cedar Tree Neck, the Polly Hill Arboretum, the

                works – underwrite the town’s enduring draw as a vacation home destina-
                tion for all age groups.
