The Villa Dubai is an enchanting residential retreat consist-

The Villa project is located in Dubailand on a site of 29,000,000 sq.ft.
The project is considered to be “the Ultimate Spanish Lifestyle”, with
an enchanting residential retreat, inspired by generous spaces for
outdoor living, with vast green areas, water fountains and waterfalls.
It is an exclusive residential community comprising a complete natu-
ral surrounding that combines landscaped gardens, recreational fa-
cilities with mosques, health clubs and other amenities that address
the various requirements of villa owners and inhabitants.

The project comprises of 518 villas with a total built-up area of
2,205,299.30 ft². Three basic villa types (Type A, B & C) were de-
veloped and then subdivided into 8 types of variant sizes have been
distinctively and elegantly designed to cater to the largest segment
of residence and suit the requirements of each individual plot.
Type A was classified as A1, A2 and A3 with built-up areas of 3700
ft², 3800 ft² & 4300 ft² respectively while Type B was divided into 2
types B1 – 5200 ft² & B2 – 5750 ft² and lastly Type C have 3 types;
C1 – 6000 ft², C2 – 6800 ft² & C3 – 8100 ft².
