Yes, the nominee will see the nomination and who nominated them.
Will anyone else see my nomination?
Not every location shares the nominations at the Culture Club event. Some locations may want to just share the winners. Each winning nomination will be shared with the organisation on the Catch Me at My Best intranet page and in The Engine Room.

Winners are selected through a draw to ensure the selection process is fair and popularity does not play a role.
