    Grow & Reward (Employee Referral Program)
Nuix recognises the value of professional networks and should you refer a successful candidate who joins and remains with the company, you may be eligible for a finders fee called a Grow Reward. To be eligible for a Grow Reward, you must follow the process and meet the criteria outlined in the Nuix Global Grow & Reward
policy.
Purpose
Nuix recognises that one of its best sources of recruiting is through its Employees. Our Grow & Reward Program is designed to encourage our current team members to refer individuals they know who may be suitable for Nuix Open Positions. This document defines the mechanism for rewarding our people to help attract and retain the best new hires.
Scope
Where a Candidate has been referred for an Open Position by a current Nuix team member and that Open Position subsequently results in a Full-Time position for the Candidate, a Grow & Reward Fee is available to the Nuix team member who referred the Candidate.
Grow & Reward Fees are not payable to:
(a) Members of the Leadership Team (Global CEO Direct Reports) or Direct Hiring Leaders).
(b) Team Members for which Candidates are referred for Open Positions as a result of previously being an independent contractor of Nuix.
(c) Members of the People & Culture Team.
(d) Team Members that have input or a decision- making role in the hiring process (as
determined by Nuix in its sole and absolute discretion)
(e) Referrals of former team members and individuals that are already in the system (Greenhouse)
Both the referring team member and the candidate must still be actively employed, performing well through delivering KPI's and not on a performance improvement plan at the time that the Grow & Reward Fee is qualified to be due and payable pursuant to the Candidate having obtained full-time team member status.
