       SMART Principle
When you are settling and developing your KPIs with your fellow team member, remember to follow the SMART principle:
SPECIFIC: Clear, concise. tangible. What, who, when, why, where?
MEASURABLE: How much? How many? When will I know it is accomplished? ACHIEVEABLE: Make goals challenging but not impossible.
RELEVANT: Be linked to other long-term goals.
TIME BOUND: Create a time frame. When will the results be achieved?
