Papakāinga can add to the
supply of safe, healthy,
affordable homes. People can
get out of state houses - and
make room for others.

There is no equity. Kāinga Ora
are getting billions while
hardly anything is put aside
for Māori. TPK has an
infrastructure fund for
papakāinga, but we could use
their whole national allocation
- for just one of our
developments.

Māori land is a huge resource
for housing, forestry, bees,
mānuka, agriculture… It is
laying dormant. With finance -
we could provide employment
and unleash massive
economic development for
Māori and New Zealand.

papakāinga to have innovative
