Thank you so much for your support of the Veterans Furniture Center and your Grant of $1,000, in 2019.
100% of these funds were deposited in our 2019 Support a Veteran fund.

In 2019 we assisted three-hundred and twenty-five destitute veterans to transition into permanent housing
by providing them with the furniture and household goods they needed to establish a home and
successfully start a new life. We had initially expected and planned for two-hundred and forty veterans
based on input from the VA but upped that number to three hundred in July after we delivered to one-
hundred and fifty-one veterans in the first six months of 2019. By the end of November, it looked like we
were on track, but we experienced a sudden burst of referrals in December and ended the year serving a
total of three-hundred and twenty-five.
The VFC received a total of $119,725 in our Support a Veteran Fund. 100% of this was applied toward
the purchase of $140,241.21 of furniture and household goods. This exhausted the Support a Veteran
Fund for 2019 and was supplemented by $20,516.21 from individual donors.
100% of your grant was used to purchase the furniture and household goods delivered to our veterans in
need. Your generosity is much appreciated by our volunteer team and we thank you again for your
