2019 Arizona Veteran Survey - VSO invitation

The 2019 Arizona Veteran Survey is now open online! All VSO members statewide are
invited to participate. Your voice is important to help improve the care and support
provided to Arizona's military, veteran and family community.

Who can take the survey? Arizona’s:

· Service members (all branches & components)
· Veterans (all eras and discharge statuses)
· Family members (immediate & extended)
· Community supporters (providers, volunteers, supporters)

The survey is anonymous and can be completed online in 10-15 minutes. You may skip
questions you don't wish to answer, except for a handful of required questions that are
marked with an asterisk.
