Every session kicks off with a team-basedworkout at a local, privately owned gym. These workouts are adaptive and inclusive,designed to build trust and connection through shared effort.%u2022Hour 2: %u201cThe Huddle.%u201d After the workout, members gather in a circle to talk. In thisspace%u2014raw, real and rooted in shared experience%u2014participants listen, speak andsupport one another.
