The private placement concepts of our corporate group are an essential part of our asset management, for
which the asset values of our clients (beneficiary) are managed and strategically supported with regards

to investments by selected Network platforms of the Black Mountain.

One of the most important rules for asset investment is to distinguish between assets and liabilities.

This raises the question:

Do I currently invest in assets or do I take on liabilities? Assets should be increased, whereas liabilities
need to be controlled.

Within the private placement concepts of our company, the investment strategies are structured in a way

that our clients (beneficiary) invest in asset growth and that they are not liable for any accounts payable
arising from investments.

The “Seaside Private Placement Platform” is a platform for asset accumulation and asset optimization
respectively of existing assets (cash capital or other asset values of worth). What’s also included is

extensive liability and asset protection, legal anonymity protection and special tax optimizing concepts,
which our beneficiary will benefit from as part of their asset investment.

The investment strategy of private placement concepts and the further use of funds includes a
strategically oriented capital spread (diversification). This consists of different investment segments

which are part of a complete portfolio. It is managed by the company and the network partners involved
in the beneficiary’s asset management that is incorporated into the structure.

By applying a strategy like this, the dependence on the, in most cases random, performances of separate
investment segments can be almost entirely eliminated. When it comes to the complete portfolio of our

private placement concept, it includes the assets purchase of valuable as well as secured assets, which are
made up of 3 different investment segments. These are placed at internationally highly developed markets
worldwide, where security, value stability and growth is made possible for the investor.
