               Yacht & Maritime area


               Besides our main range of activities we have entered into a special luxury segment - the yacht & maritime
               sector.


               Complete freedom is the ultimate luxury in life. The freedom to be able to choose travel destinations and
               the travel speed at liberty at all times is only possible for a certain group of persons. For such a special and
               at the same time successful group of persons the step to an own yacht means the implementation of a
               dream in life, for the implementation of which a yacht owner reflects his personal ideas and wishes. In
               view of such an investment the expectations are rightly high.


               A yacht is a complex technical product, which is produced from a multitude  of modules of various
               component suppliers and handicraft services by complying with international regulations and standards.


               Consequently, a multitude of questions are raised before, during and after the building of a yacht about the
               ability  for  execution,  building  processing,  quality,  layout,  design,  equipment  and  much  more.  We  have
               rendered  the  answering  of  these  questions  a  task  for  us  in  the  cooperation  with  specialist  competent
               network partners for this purpose.


               The advice during the planning, the management in the construction phase with building supervision for
               the  quality assurance and final acceptance, however also the coordination, management and trouble-
               shooting in the daily operational routine of the yacht are services,  which we offer  with our competent
               network partners as a whole package or also individually upon request.


               The registration and the management of yachts as well as the compilation and the management of the
               crew supplement our offer.


               Good customer  relationships are an important asset and not a matter of course.  These are set up and
               develop over the course of time, in particular as far as this luxury segment is concerned.


               If someone has decided to sell an existing yacht again they do not want to wait months for a buyer. Times,
               in  which  one  waits  for  the  sales  proceeds  of  a  yacht,  can  mean  missed  opportunities  -  "Living  in  the
               waiting line".
