Please note that the average temperature in Mexico City in March can be as high as 79 degrees and
as low as 46 degrees Fahrenheit (26 to 8 degrees Celsius). Weather will be warm and in the event of
rain, umbrellas will be provided for all visits. Comfortable, enclosed footwear is recommended.

Palacio de Cultura Citibanamex (Palacio de Iturbide)
Guided Tour by Candida Fernandezz Banos, Head of Fomento Cultural. The Palace was built by the
Count of San Mateo Valparaíso as a wedding gift for his daughter. Empire (as Agustin I) at the palace
after independence from Spain. Today, the restored building houses the Fomento Cultural
Citibanamex the Palacio de Cultura Citibanamex. http://fomentoculturalbanamex.org
The Metrpolitan Cathedral
The Metropolitan Cathedral of the Assumption of the Most Blessed Virgin Mary into Heavens is the
seat of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Mexico. precinct near the Templo Mayor on the northern
side of the Plaza de la Constitución in Downtown Mexico City.
