Mike Corbat
Michael L. Corbat is Chief Executive Officer of Citi, the w orld's global bank, w ith
approximately 200 million customer accounts and activities in more than 160
countries and jurisdictions.
Since becoming CEO in 2012, he has focused on leveraging Citi's unique global
netw ork to serve its institutional and consumer banking clients w ith an emphasis
on strong execution and the highest ethical standards. In the process, Mr. Corbat
has made Citi a simpler, smaller, safer and stronger institution. Citi has improved
the quality and consistency of earnings

Jane Fraser
Jane Fraser is the President of Citi and the Chief Executive Officer of Global
Consumer Banking. Her global responsibilities include all Consumer businesses in
19 countries, including Retail Banking and Wealth Management, Credit Cards,
Mortgages and the associated Operations and Technology. She is a member of
the Citi Executive Management Team and serves as the Co-Chair for the Citi
Women Affinity Group.
Mark Mason
Mark Mason w as named Chief Financial Officer of Citi in February 2019. He is
responsible for the financial management of the company and also spearheads
Citi’s Expense Management and Citi Ventures Initiatives. Prior to being named Citi
CFO, Mr. Mason served as CFO of Citi’s Institutional Clients Group (ICG) and w as
the executive responsible for Citi’s Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review
(CCAR) submission process.
