During his elective class “Radical Religion,” Mr. Nelson shows some of his students an inspirational video. 2.Looking dapper and cultivating a glorious faux-hawk are just two of Mr. Nelson's many pursuits. 3. Holding an American flag for a senior project calendar, everyone's favorite theologian looks happy doing what he does best - helping out students. 4. Way back in 2010, a group of middle schoolers gathers around their tireless leader at six in the morning on their Spirit Day. 5. Mr. Nelson poses with his partner Rob and the Siler-Downeys in a picture that Mr. Siler has referred to as “arguably too attractive to even put in the yearbook.” 6. Proof of Mr. Nelson's status as “Adult Who Most Resembles His Child Form.” 7. Even at a young age, Mr. Nelson never stopped smiling his signature grin.
