Monday
This year's spirit week at Priory was different from every year before. Instead of each class choosing their own themes and organizing their own days, the ASB took control. Mr. Tang believes “the new spirit week is more economical.” However, the students, who were all dressed up patriotically for Monday's theme, generally thought poorly of the new scheme. Some found silver linings. “I don't care what the theme is, as long as there is still food,” said Paulette Ma (11). Like last year, students still crowd around food tables during break.

Tuesday
On the second day of Spirit Week, everything from supermen to batmen invaded the Priory. “As Captain America at school, I felt super,” said Maria Naclerio (11). At break, students crowded outside the student center to watch their fellow classmates run while trying to balance an egg on a spoon. While some people cheered, others bemoaned their loss. “Darn it,” said Robert Screven (11). Overall, Superhero day was a cheerful success.
