C. Editing “Short Description” to fit label and deleting unused labels
1. If a description is too long to properly display you can edit in “LABEL DATA”
2. To clear blank label cells, select “Review” for menu ribbonàUnprotect Sheet
3. Select all cells displaying “0” and press “delete” key
