TIM Tech Tip – How to Add TIM App to Mobile Device
Although you won’t find an RSG TIM app on the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), you can
emulate the “App Experience” by adding icons to your home screen.
iOS Devices (iPhone / iPad)
1. Navigate to your preferred starting page within TIM (for example, Inventory or Product Checkout screen) in the Safari web browser on your iPhone / iPad
2. Tap the Share icon at the bottom of the screen
3. Tap Add to Home Screen button in the sharing options
4. Pick a name for your shortcut and tap Add
5. Use your new home screen icon(s) to quickly access RSG TIM features (for example viewing
inventory or checking out products)
